White Oak Hall
Developed and built in 2020, White Oak Hall is a light-filled modern reception space where warm white oak beams, soaring ceilings, and expansive glass create an elegant setting for celebrations of up to 200 guests. Sliding glass doors open directly to the terrace, allowing the reception to flow naturally between dining, dancing, and the gardens beyond.
Set at the end of a stately office park, Highfields reveals itself as a private oasis surrounded by mature gardens and pristine woods. The peaceful Hudson setting offers beautiful photography, memorable arrivals, and a sense of escape—while nearby hotels, restaurants, and downtown Hudson keep everything your guests need just minutes away.
Stone Terrace & Gardens
Directly adjacent to White Oak Hall, the expansive stone terrace and surrounding gardens create a natural extension of the reception space. Trifold glass doors open wide to connect the indoors with the landscape, creating an effortless setting for cocktail hour, dining, or an outdoor celebration surrounded by nature.
Throughout the seasons, the gardens provide a constantly changing backdrop for your wedding day. Bridal Suite

Groom’s Lounge
Located in Level One, the Groom’s Lounge gives the groom and his attendants a private place to prepare, relax, and enjoy time together before the celebration begins. Comfortable seating and entertainment create an easygoing setting for the moments leading up to the ceremony, providing a dedicated experience for the groom and his party that complements the Bridal Suite.
