Pricing includes exclusive access to our climate-controlled venue, outdoor terrace, open-air pavilion, and adjacent north lawn—along with all the essential amenities for an unforgettable celebration. With key event elements already included, our pricing offers both exceptional value and peace of mind.
Dates are reserved on a first come basis. We do not hold any dates unless we have received a deposit and signed contract. Rates do not apply to holidays. Please contact us for our holiday pricing!

Additions & Enhancements

Highfields offers a range of optional upgrades to elevate your comfort, style, and overall flexibility. From tents and heaters to custom lighting and extended access, these additions are priced separately and tailored to fit your unique vision. We also welcome outside design vendors, giving you even more creative freedom to bring your event to life exactly as you imagine it.

Ceremony Fee $750 … includes set-up & tear-down of white, natural or black padded folding chairs for up to 200 guests

Additional Celebration Add-ons (Prices vary) …Tenting, Outdoor Heating, Third Bar Setup Fees, Early or Day After Access, AV Equipment, Valet Service

Weekend Package $3000 … Multiple Day Access, Rehearsal Dinner at Level One, Early Wedding Day and Day After Access

Outdoor Terrace Bistro Lighting $2000 … Terrace bistro lights in choice of wood, white or black poles

2026-2027 Bar Service Pricing

Highfields is a licensed Ohio liquor facility allowing us to offer exclusive in-house bar service to elevate your event experience. Our bar packages include everything you need—professional bartenders, security, garnishes, mixers, plastic barware, napkins, and, of course, great service with a smile. With a wide range of customizable options, our offerings are designed to suit any style of celebration. A per-person bar service package and gratuity are required for all guests 21 and over.

Culinary Choices

Your Highfields wedding menu will be thoughtfully created and served by one of our trusted catering partners, offering a range of styles and price points to suit your vision and budget. Glassware, table settings, and linens are coordinated directly through the caterer you select. We also welcome personal, heartfelt touches—like homemade desserts, cookie tables, late-night snacks, or a bridal suite brunch—to make your celebration even more meaningful.
